We only deal in publicly available information. We are not a consumer
credit reporting agency and do not compile financial information, tax records, credit reports,
or any other non-public information.

| What can I do with this data? |
You may use data on this site to locate and/or identify individuals for personal
and/or business use.

| What can't I do with this data? |
You may not use this data for pre-employment or tenant screening, to harm, harrass, stalk, injure or
embarass individuals, to commit criminal acts, or to approve or deny credit.

| Website usage |
This website is for your personal use only. You may not send automated queries to our system. Republishing
or redistributing any data on this website is strictly prohibited. Usage of this website and all information contained within is
subject to California state law.

| Fees, Payment, Fraud |
Fees for our services are listed on the Site. Any such fees are non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay with a valid credit card and certify that you are an authorized user of the credit card. To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we may work with law enforcement agencies to address issues by sharing information such as credit card numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, etc. We reserve the right to suspend services for individuals suspected of fraudulent credit card activity. You are responsible, and must pay for, all purchases of the services made by individuals using your account. If you suspect that unauthorized use of your account is occurring, you must notify us immediately.
You agree to pay all amounts due upon our demand. In the event we have to collect unpaid amounts you owe us, you will be liable for all attorneys' and collection agency fees.

| Refunds |
Unless we indicate otherwise, all fees and charges are final, with no refunds.

| How often will I be billed? |
If you choose to subscribe to the services offered on this site, your subscription will continue for the monthly or annual period you select during the registration period (the “Term”) and renew automatically at the end of each Term, unless you notify us of your decision not to renew your subscription by contacting our Customer Care Team.

| Are There Recurring Fees? |
If you do not notify us that you want to cancel your subscription as described above, the then-applicable monthly or annual fee for your subscription will be billed automatically to the credit card you designated during the registration process (or subsequently changed). When you cancel automatic renewal on your subscription, your subscription will continue through the rest of the current period. At the end of that period, your subscription will not renew automatically, and you will lose the benefits of the subscription. You are not entitled to refunds for previous months that have already been charged as services have been rendered and costs have been incurred by us.

| Free Trials |
During the free trial portion of your subscription (if any), you may cancel your subscription at any time and not be billed by either contacting our Customer Care Team or by logging into your Site account, clicking on the "My Account" link and going to the section entitled "Membership Information". Unless you cancel your membership before the free trial period ends, you will automatically be enrolled into the recurring membership and subsequently responsible for all recurring fees.

ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- USA PEOPLE SEARCH MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
(ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE
RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR
RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER
MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR
EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
- ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE
IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE
DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
- NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM
USA PEOPLE SEARCH OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY
STATED IN THE TOS.

| LIMITATION OF LIABILITY |
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT USA PEOPLE SEARCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR
ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA
OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF USA PEOPLE SEARCH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
(ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY
GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED
ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR
CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO
THE SERVICE.
